There's such a thing called karma. It keeps the balance in the Universe.
You are allowed to steal, kill, rape others; but know that you will be stolen from, raped, or even killed.
But wait... If you can show kindness and practice it often, it becomes a pattern and a model for others so it doesn't become a vicious cycle.
You in turn will receive thanks from the Universe. This is called blessings.
